
Kim Bendheim lives on the upper west side of New York. Her byline has appeared in The Forward, The Nation, The Chicago Tribune, Ladies Home Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Bomb magazine, which has published her poems. A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, she received Masters degrees from New York University where she studied Irish literature and history, and from the City College of New York where she studied poetry. Also, a performer she played Lil, the dancing girl in David Lynch’s Firewalk With Me, and worked with choreographer Stephan Koplowitz in New York. She is a theater teaching artist in NYC public schools.
